Lauren was born on July 13th, 1986 in Huntsville, AL. She is most noted as being the chairwoman and owner of PersaCon, a Japanese animation convention in her hometown.
From birth, Lauren was traveling the world. Her parents were military and she spent the first couple years of her life in Europe. Since then she's had an adventurous spirit leading her to adventures around the world and numerous exciting projects.
At 14 she became the youngest convention chairwoman in America (and possibly the world). She began a small Japanese animation convention that grew exponentially, and finished its 9th, and final, show in 2011. The excitement of producing a full show lead to her interests in costuming, acting, and modeling. She began pursuing them all with a strong ambition that was unlikely for her young age. She found numerous creative outlets as well in art, dance, music, and culinary arts.
In high school she became heavily involved in theater. She primarily acted, but also was devloping her script writing, costuming, and directing skills. By graduation she was accepted to the Savannah College of Art and Design. She left it soon after the start of the year to aid her family in a time of need.
Since then she has gone on to have an extremely successful convention, starred in an independant film, modeled for numerous photographers, written/directed/starred in three shows, and much more. Her drive in the artistic and entertainment industries is strong without question. She has now taken that same drive to creating her own upstart businesses.
She's traveled the world; even living in Tokyo, Japan and Xiamen, China. Through her travels she's gained an understanding of the worlds arts and cultures, which are evident in her work ethic and many projects. She currently resides in Huntsville, AL but still intends to make the entire world her home.
